Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. For packages, larger groups or weekend appointments we recommend that you schedule at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your scheduling requests. If you would like lunch, please let us know at the time of booking. All Spa packages and group appointments must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.
Treatment Questions
If you are unsure of what the treatments are or which one would best meet your spa needs, ask to have the services explained. We don’t expect you to know the difference between a body wrap and a body polish. Inquire about our special packages. Set the appointment time and ask how long you should plan to be there.
Health Considerations
Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. Please let your therapist know if you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations.
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Early arrival allows you to check in, change and relax in the relaxation room without rushing. Beverages are provided. Please understand that your treatments will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Upon departure, please stop by the reception desk to settle your account. Charges may be settled by cash, check, major credit card or gift certificate. Members may use charge privileges. Future reservations may also be made at this time.
Gratuities
Gratuity is always appreciated. For Spa packages, gratuity is included in the package price. An 18% gratuty will be added to any party of 5 or more.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you notify us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Fifty-percent of the value of your service will be charged for a cancellation with less than 24-hours notice. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equal to the full value of the service.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates are an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. Give the gift of rejuvenation with our personalized massage, skin care, nail care, body treatment and salon services. Gift certificates are non-refundable. If lost or stolen, your certificate cannot be replaced or reissued. Certificates must be presented at time of service.
Retail Area
Many of the products used in our services are available for sale in our retail area. This is a perfect way to bring your spa experience home with you.
Attire
You will be provided with a robe and slippers during your visit, or you may bring your own. If you want to wear a bathing suit or underwear, that’s up to you. Please do whatever makes you feel comfortable. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. Valuables should not be brought into the spa as we are not responsible for misplaced articles.
Cell Phone/Pager
Please keep your cell phone and pager turned off. Our Spa is a place of tranquility where our clients come for peace and relaxation.
